A wobble board is a simple exercise device used mainly for building strength in the muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments of the lower
body ie. hips, knees, ankles and feet.
Additionally, wobble board training can enhance neurological function, thereby improving reflexes and coordination as well as assisting with the treatment or cure of conditions such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia etc, and may also be of benefit to people who have suffered a stroke or have other neurological dysfunction.
