Special Needs People

Some people in society have problems associated with certain aspects of neurological functioning.

Whether a child with Dyslexia or Dyspraxia, or an adult who has suffered the debilitating effects of a stroke, all have some form of neurological dysfunction or imbalance.

There are many clinics and programs operating around the world which are now using physical, balance and proprioceptive training to either cure or greatly assist these people, and there have been numerous television and written articles pertaining to the improvements or cures obtained.

The exact mechanism by which proprioceptive training can cure (for example), Dyslexia is the subject of great debate in scientific circles but that of course is completely immaterial to a child who can (with several years of wobble board training) overcome their disability.

Once we have sorted out some legal issues, we will present links to various web sites offering information about this type of training.

For now, we are confident to state that balance and proprioceptive training is likely to greatly overcome or perhaps even cure some forms of neurological dysfunction and will help sufferers of Dyslexia, Dyspraxia etc.
